The Executive Partners Program (EPP) is a distinctive opportunity for high-achieving postgraduate students to engage in a mentoring relationship with an experienced senior executive. Our Executive Partners come from a diverse range of professions with leadership skills, industry insight and a vast business network to assist students with career goals and contribute to developing students' understanding of work and industry.
Executive Partners typically mentor one or two students each year. They work together with their mentee and establish a mutually convenient schedule for mentoring. With an Executive Partner, a mentee can identify and outline strategies to achieve career goals; develop employability skills; expand their professional network; as well as develop interview and presentation skills.
Who are our Executive Partners?
A mix of active, semi-active, semi-retired or retired senior executives from a diverse range of professions.Who are our Mentees?
High-achieving postgraduate UniSA Business students with a GPA of 5.5 or above; and all currently enrolled HDR students. Recent graduates who completed their study in the last three years are also eligible.One of the greatest values of mentors is the ability to see ahead what others cannot see and to help them navigate a course to their destination. - John C.
